Deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are made by the courier company Econt Express.
Orders up to BGN 299 have a fixed delivery price to the address specified by you - BGN 4.99.
Deliveries of orders over BGN 299, which are send by cash on delivery, are free of charge.
With the "cash on delivery" service (payment upon receipt) an additional fee of 1.30% of the order value is charged. they pay. The courier additionally charges a fee for the "cash on delivery" service in the amount of 2.59% of the value of the order. Orders worth more than BGN 299 are free of charge to an Econt office in the country specified by you or a personal/work address. The recipient only pays a fee for the "cash on delivery" service in the amount of 1.30% to an Econt office or 2.59% to a personal/work address of the value of his order.
The standard delivery time for available items is from 2 to 4 working days from the processing of an order (except for settlements that are serviced by Econt).
The delivery time for an individual order (when the item is sold out and we have confirmed the production of the item to order) is between 7 and 10 working days.
Orders are processed until 16:00 on working days.
Orders received after 16:00 are processed on the next working day.
Orders received on Saturday, and Sunday, as well as national weekends, are processed on the first working day.
