Orders up to BGN 299 have a fixed delivery price to the address specified by you - BGN 4.99. Deliveries of orders over BGN 299 are free of charge.

Can I return an item

You can return purchased items within 14 days. Items must be in the form in which they were sent to you. Returned items with a removed label are not accepted. Items that have been additionally adjusted according to the customer's measurements are not subject to return or exchange. The costs of returning the order are covered by the customer.

When and how do I get a refund

The amount is refunded by bank transfer to an account specified by you in advance. After valuing the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for it. The refund period is up to 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
