Return and Exchange

The items must be in the condition in which they were sent by us - new, unused and with their original labels. We will assess their condition and if it meets the above requirements, we will replace the goods or refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the shipment you wish to return. Items that have been additionally adjusted according to the customer's measurements are not subject to return or exchange. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer * according to the provided bank details to the return and exchange form. If the provided data is to a foreign bank and the recipient does not provide an alternative to a Bulgarian bank account, then the fees for SWIFT and the transfer are at the expense of the recipient.

Each TeAdore P. item is created with love, diligence and attention to detail. Please be careful when trying on clothes. If they have stains and / or other injuries, we reserve the right to refuse to return the items. We are not responsible for improperly treated clothes, so please follow the care instructions we have indicated on the label.
