In the online store www.teadore.bg we offer the opportunity to purchase handmade designer clothes in limited quantities. The final price of the items shown in www.teadore.bg includes VAT. The final price does not include delivery costs. Delivery is at the customer's expense. TeAdore P. reserves the right to change the prices of the goods offered in the online store.

Creating a registration:

Registration in the online store www.teadore.bg is not required for shopping. Registration allows you to monitor the current status of your orders and keep up to date with information on our page. At registration it is necessary to fill in the following data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone (optional). After registering, you can fill in the delivery address and invoice address, in case you want them to be saved and not fill them in each subsequent order again.

We offer the opportunity to shop as a guest without registration. When making an online order as a guest without registration, the customer is required to correctly fill in the data required for the issuance of a payment document and delivery information: valid phone number, e-mail contact address and address for delivery.This information is used only for processing your order.

The start of the trade relations between the consumer and "TeAdore" Ltd. takes place after sending an order through the online store www.teadore.bg. The customer selects the item (s), adds the selection to the online "cart" and confirms the order. Only those goods can be ordered that the online store allows to be added to the customer's / user's basket according to the mechanism of operation of the store. Acceptance of the order begins the moment an employee of the company gets acquainted with it. If the order is sent outside working hours, its execution will begin on the next working day. If for some reason we can not fulfill the order, we will notify the user as soon as possible.

The information in the online store is updated in real time. However, it may contain errors or inaccuracies, and site availability information may not be complete or current. Orders worth up to BGN 299 have a fixed delivery price to the address specified by you - BGN 4.99. Orders over BGN 299 are free of charge. The standard delivery time for available items is from 2 to 5 working days from receipt of the order (except for settlements that are serviced according to the schedule of "Econt"). Delivery may take longer in case of unforeseen events.

With the "cash on delivery" service (payment upon receipt) an additional fee of 1.30% of the order value is charged. they pay. The courier additionally charges a fee for the "cash on delivery" service in the amount of 2.59% of the value of the order. Orders worth more than BGN 299 are free of charge to an Econt office in the country specified by you or a personal/work address. Delivery time for an individual order (when the item is sold out and we have confirmed the production of the item specifically to order) is up to 10 working days. Orders are processed until 4 pm on working days. Orders received after 4 pm are processed on the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as national holidays, are processed on the first working day. If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified on the specified phone/email by our employee. The customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods if it is damaged during transportation.

When paying by cash on delivery, the customer pays the amount due upon delivery of the goods by the courier. No advance payment is required. At the time of payment of the order, the contract of sale is considered fulfilled by both parties. The payment method is active only for Bulgaria.

If the clothes have stains and / or other injuries - damaged, soiled, washed, ironed, worn (except to be measured) or with traces of makeup, we reserve the right to refuse to return the items. We are not responsible for improperly treated clothes. It is necessary to follow the care instructions that are indicated on the indicative labels. Their condition must meet the above requirements in order to replace the items or refund the amount within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Items that have been additionally adjusted according to the customer's measurements are not subject to return or exchange. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer for provided bank details in the Return and Exchange Form. If the provided data is to a foreign bank and the recipient does not provide an alternative to a Bulgarian bank account, it is possible that additional fees will be charged by the servicing bank.

• Fill in the Return Form and attach it to the return shipment.
