We want you to have your new Teadore P. garment as soon as possible. In-stock items typically ship out in 1 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, after the product lead time specified on the product page).

Standard Delivery takes 1 business day after the order is shipped.

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Pre-order items will be processed like a regular order but shipped on a later date depending on the product lead time indicated on the respective product page. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders containing pre-order and in-stock item, it will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. Additional postage charges for one shipment will be included if the total of the order is below 299BGN.

We offer express shipping for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via DHL. Shipping is complimentary for purchases over 400€. For purchases less than 400€ a shipping cost of 24€ will be added to the total.

You can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of your item.

• Order paid by card - Login in with the same e-mail you made your order. Open the order you want to return and request a return.
• Orders paid with cash on delivery - Please fill in the Contact form, add the order numner and express your wish to return the item you purchased by refering to the Item number, your phone number and most importantly the bank details for the refund, so we can process the return accordingly. We will then respond with your return’s approval and email a return label for print.

Prepare your return in its original unworn, unmarked and boxed condition. Returned products that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to you.

To protect your package, you should use the packaging you received it in. If you no longer have that, please make sure that the items are safetly wrapped as we will not refund the full value of items that failed to be properly protected in transit.

Deliver your return package at the courier closest office. Make sure the return label is well attached to your box.

Once we receive and inspect your package, we will confirm its receipt and process the return of funds within 14 days.

We are not able to process automatic exchanges. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime - you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us at cs@teadore.bg

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it might take up to 14 days for the funds to be received back into your account.

Please bear in mind, delivery will be delayed during the SALE period.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
